At the Calgary Stampede, one of the rodeo events is cow milking. Twenty milk cows run out onto the field with twenty cowboys on horseback and two assistants per team foot chasing after them. The object is to rope the cow, jump off your horse, hold the cow while your partner milks the cow and runs up to the desk to hand in the milk. This is a timed race, but there has to be a specific amount of milk in the container.
